Emma plays a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of remuneration challenges, with a focus on executive pay and governance, and salesforce reward.
She brings both a depth and breadth of knowledge of complex remuneration issues, including reward strategy, assessment, design, and related accounting, tax, regulatory, and disclosure requirements. This deep technical expertise, combined with extensive experience across a range of industries allows Emma to develop client solutions that are customised, commercial, differentiated, and compliant via high degrees of collaboration and partnership.
Emma works with numerous clients across various sectors but predominantly works with the Boards, Remuneration Committees, and Senior Management teams of ASX200 companies. Specifically, her Remuneration board advisory clients have included: Suncorp, Santos, AMP, Growthpoint, The Star, Aware Super, HCF, TAL, Bendigo and Adelaide bank, and Ansell to name a few.
Emma has also had a particular focus on financial services clients given recently introduced pay regulation and has worked with many of the big banks and insurance companies, as well as several small to medium financial institutions to help introduce pay and governance reform. She has advised both management teams and Remuneration Committees and Boards and has a proven track record of ensuring a positive, constructive relationship when working across both, as well as independence of advice.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Emma was a Partner at PwC for over 10 years where she supported a range of international clients and advised on executive remuneration, sales incentives, long-term incentives and deferral programs, regulatory compliance and pay equity. Prior to PwC, Emma was a Principal at Mercer in their global sales effectiveness practice, focusing on salesforce reward, both in Australia and the US.
Emma obtained her master’s degree in Organisational phycology from Macquarie University (Australia).
