He has over 20 years’ experience in talent management, leadership development, and executive coaching. He is the Head of Leadership Development Solutions CH + A.

Eric works across multiple industries and functions, understanding business specific best practices, and identifies the resources, skills, and competences needed to build strategic planning, accomplish business objectives and foster learning culture within organizations. His  clients include life sciences, consumer, technology organizations. He is currently designing, facilitating and coaching on disruptive Leadership, change management, leadership presence, cultural agility, interpersonal skills, transition to new role and stress management.

Eric is passionate about opportunities to help leaders strengthen their personal and situational self-awareness, and to unleash their potential to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Before joining Korn Ferry, he was the owner of a leadership and organizational development consulting firm, was regional General Manager and member of European Board of Directors for a leading software company and held different sales & marketing leadership positions at IBM. In his extra-professional activities, he is active in several NGO projects in the education of young adults in Cambodia.

Eric holds a Master’s degree from the School of Business, Economics, Law and Social sciences St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG), is an Associate Certified Coach ICF and certified on multiple assessment tools.
