Eric is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Advisory team in Switzerland, with broad international exposure. He enjoys collaborating with global organizations to focus on their current leadership challenges and opportunities, align leadership capabilities with business strategies, and design short- and long-term talent management and development solutions.

He brings over 20 years of international experience in talent management, leadership development, and executive coaching. He serves as Director of Leadership Development Solutions for Switzerland and Austria.

Eric works across multiple industries and functions, applying best practices tailored to each organization. He identifies the resources, skills, and capabilities required to build strategic planning, achieve business goals, and foster a learning culture within companies.

His clients include organizations in life sciences, consumer goods, and technology. He designs, facilitates, and coaches around topics such as disruptive leadership, change management, leadership presence, cultural agility, interpersonal skills, role transitions, and stress management.

Eric is highly regarded by colleagues and clients alike for his strong business background, his ability to build trust, and his credibility. He’s known for forming meaningful personal connections across all levels of management, and for his courage in speaking candidly—with tact and precision.

He’s passionate about supporting leaders in developing both personal and situational self-awareness, helping them unlock their potential to achieve personal and professional goals.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Eric owned a leadership and organizational development consulting firm. He also served as Regional Managing Director and Executive Committee member of a leading financial software company, and held various leadership roles in sales and marketing at IBM.

Beyond his professional work, Eric is actively involved in several NGOs, notably in supporting young adult education initiatives in Cambodia.

He holds a Master's degree from the University of St. Gallen School of Business, Economics, Law, and Social Sciences (lic. oec. HSG). Eric is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF and is certified in numerous assessment tools.
