Erika Warren serves as a Managing Consultant in the Healthcare and Academic Medicine Practice at Korn Ferry’s Professional Search division.

She partners with health systems, academic medical centers, pediatric hospitals, payors, and post-acute providers nationwide to execute executive and leadership search engagements across clinical and non-clinical domains.

With almost two decades of specialized experience in healthcare and life sciences executive search, she has successfully supported complex leadership searches for C-suite and senior-level roles. Her background also includes deep expertise across physician and physician leadership recruitment, including work with nationally ranked academic medical centers, rural health, psychiatric/behavioral health, and integrated delivery networks. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held roles at national executive search firms and within the healthcare industry, where she built and executed high-impact search strategies, delivered measurable results, and developed trusted client as well as candidate relationships. She also brings experience recruiting within clinical trials and life sciences environments, partnering closely with business leaders and talent stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.

A strong communicator and strategic advisor, she takes a thoughtful, data-informed, and relationship-driven approach to every engagement. She holds a master’s degree in education and formally served as a school counselor, a foundation that informs her people-first perspective, keen listening skills, and client-centered mindset in leadership search.
