Over the past two decades, Esther has helped some of the world’s leading organisations solve their biggest challenges and supported them through complex transformations. This sharp focus on problem solving and a mission to make an impact has been driving her career as a strategic consultant, spanning more than 25 years.
With a master’s degree in politics, philosophy, and economics from Oxford University, Esther brings a combination of political and economic insight and unmatched critical thinking to her clients - breaking down problems to their core principles to develop strategic solutions.
With a mission to cultivate future leaders and help organisations power performance through their talent, Esther leads her teams to create meaningful change at all levels - from individuals to businesses to entire communities and is particularly proud of the team’s work in the areas of government, non-profit and education.
In her APAC role, Esther bridges cultural divides and champions inclusive practices, leading from the front and setting the pace for her teams to push boundaries and uncover better ways of working. It’s a leadership approach she has cultivated through her love of climbing - successfully scaling the highest mountain on every continent - and as a parent of three children.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2020, Esther spent four years at the helm of Accenture’s Communications, Media & Technology practice based in San Francisco, where she developed her deep understanding of the technology industry. She also held Partner and Principal positions across the US and Canada at Deloitte, where she spent more than a decade in the organisation’s Strategy and Operations consulting practice.
Esther’s global perspective and focus on making local impact through people, organisation strategy and technology empowers businesses in Australia and APAC to unleash performance and growth.
