Ethan Yonker is a Senior Principal in Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial practice, based in Houston. He is responsible for advising clients across the breadth of the firm’s capabilities, including organizational strategy, assessment and succession, talent acquisition, leadership development, and total rewards.
With a background in industry, management consulting, and PE-backed portfolio companies, Ethan has over 12 years of experience defining, implementing and sustaining business transformations within the Energy, Utilities, Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, and Technology industries.
His functional experience spans supply chain management, go-to-market strategy, business operations, and corporate restructuring with a focus on operating model design. Ethan is a passionate leader with a proven history of leading cross-functional teams to solve complex and unstructured problems to unlock greater organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and enable sustainable growth.
Ethan earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green State University.
