Ethan Yonker is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial practice, based in Houston.

He advises clients as they solve their most pressing human capital challenges with emphasis on strengthening the connection between business and people strategy. Ethan has extensive experience leading integrated solutions across the breadth of the firm’s capabilities, including organizational strategy, assessment and succession, talent acquisition, leadership development, and total rewards.

With a background in industry, management consulting, and PE-backed portfolio companies, Ethan has over 15 years of experience defining, implementing, and sustaining business transformations within the Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, and Technology industries.

Ethan’s functional experience spans corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain management, and go-to-market strategy with a focus on designing operating models and organization structures that align with and deliver upon an organization’s business strategy.

He is a passionate leader with a proven history of leading cross-functional teams to solve complex and unstructured problems to unlock greater organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and enable sustainable growth.

Ethan earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green State University.
