Fabiana has more than 20 years of business and consulting experience in the areas of executive leadership assessment and development programs, executive coaching, performance management and competency modeling implementations. She consults in large regional projects with multinational clients, working with different cultures and languages, specializing in the Latin American region and culture.
Fabiana employs a supportive yet challenging and pragmatic approach with leaders to accelerate their contributions and results for their work and life in general. Her integral approach helps leaders identify the triggers of their challenges in order to apply “the right tool for the right problem”. As a coach, she believes that her role is to elevate self-awareness of leadership mindsets to open up leaders’ minds to learning new ways of thinking.
Fabiana is certified to deliver Korn Ferry suite of assessments, including being a lead assessor for Korn Ferry simulation-based assessment centers.
While she works across all industries, she has significant experience consulting for clients in Pharma, Tech, Mining and Industrial.
Previously, Fabiana was the co-owner of an Internet Marketing boutique agency where she was able to bring her expertise in leadership and culture assessments to help clients translate the culture and values of their companies into brand redesign, website content, social media strategy, internal and external communication planning. By being a business owner, Fabiana knows how to decodify talent management strategies into the business language and priorities.
Fabiana is also the lead organizer for the international event DisruptHR Denver. She is a former organizer for DisruptHR São Paulo. She brought DisruptHR from USA to Brazil, where she successfully organized three events between 2018 and 2019 for more than 300 participants.
Fabiana holds an M.A. in Environmental Leadership from Naropa University in Boulder, CO, USA; an MBA in Human Resources and a BA in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. She has been an active Board Member of Denver Workforce Development Services for more than 5 years.
She is fluent and can delivery projects in English, Spanish and Portuguese (native).
