Fabiana is a Principal specializing in designing, developing, and facilitating impactful leadership programs for senior executives and high-potential talent. Based in Denver, Colorado, she brings over 25 years of business and consulting expertise to her work with multinational clients globally.

A seasoned facilitator, Fabiana excels at creating engaging, transformative learning experiences. Her programs incorporate diverse experiential activities, indoors and outdoors, from workshops and simulations to challenging team-building like rafting and forest treks. Fabiana customizes these programs to meet each client's unique needs, ensuring relevant, impactful training aligned with their business challenges. She adeptly tailors her approach to diverse audiences, applying intercultural sensitivity. Whether facilitating small groups or large events (up to 300 participants), Fabiana fosters a psychologically safe, positive, warm learning environment, maximizing engagement and growth.

Fabiana has significant experience consulting for clients across a wide range of industries, including Pharma, Tech, Mining, and Industrial.  She comfortably works with all organizational levels, from front-line employees and individual contributors to middle management and C-suite executives, specializing her approach and communication to Sr Leadership levels.

With extensive experience in both virtual and in-person training delivery, Fabiana is skilled at adapting her facilitation style to different formats and platforms. She is also a sought-after Train-the-Trainer facilitator, equipping others with the skills and knowledge to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.

Fabiana's passion for leadership development extends beyond her client work. She is a former organizer for DisruptHR São Paulo, where she successfully brought the disruptive HR event from the USA to Brazil, organizing three events between 2018 and 2019 with over 300 participants. This experience showcases her ability to connect with and inspire large audiences.

Fabiana holds an M.A. in Environmental Leadership from Naropa University in Boulder, CO, USA; an MBA in Human Resources and a BA in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Neuroscience for Leadership from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Fabiana has also served on the Board of Directors for Denver Workforce Development Services for over 5 years.

She is fluent and can deliver projects in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (native).
