Farhan leads the Korn Ferry Digital Total Rewards and Organizational Strategy solutions across the APAC markets.

He recommends & integrates scalable technology solutions across industrial verticals to improve organizational performance and bring out the best in people.

Prior to his current role at Korn Ferry Digital, Farhan was the Commercial Head for ASEAN based in Singapore. He started his journey with Korn Ferry in Hay Group Middle East (now Korn Ferry) in Dubai helping organizations to identify gaps in their employee reward, assessment, and experience through SaaS platforms.

Now at Korn Ferry Digital, he brings together technology and consultative expertise to power the potential gap for employees, teams, and organizations through a portfolio of solutions. 

Farhan has over 13 years of experience working with organizations across sectors in Asia, Middle East and Africa. His expertise lies in supporting organization’s reward effectively, diagnose employee engagement, hire and develop top talent. He has supplemented this with Korn Ferry’s IP, data and analytics.

Farhan earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Clark University, in Massachusetts, U.S.A. He is fluent in English and Bengali; conversational Hindi/Urdu; and basic Arabic.

He is certified in Korn Ferry job evaluation, leadership architect, potential, 360 and other psychometric assessments.
