Félicité de Basquiat is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Executive Interim Practice in France, based in the Paris office.
With a strong background in HR, Félicité has supported people and organizational transformation throughout her career.
After several years in human resources consulting, working on workforce planning (GPEC) and corporate restructuring programs, she specialized in the professional repositioning of experienced talent, particularly in industrial environments and for key leadership roles.
In 2016, she transitioned into Executive Interim, leading the HR practice at a leading European interim management firm, with a strong focus on the industrial sector.
Félicité continues to support business leaders in their strategic and operational transformation projects, as well as in temporary replacements for critical roles, leveraging the robust network of clients and Interim Managers she has built and nurtured over the years.
Félicité holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources. A native French speaker, she speaks English and is also fluent in Spanish.
