Mr. Zarnakoupis is working with diverse project teams across SE Europe and Middle East, helping companies transform through the right operating model/organizational structure and the integration of new technologies, in order to boost employee engagement and enablement.

He has significant experience in designing and implementing projects that typically relate to the areas of designing Operating Models and Organizational structures, Process Analysis, Job Grading, SWP & Performance Management & Rewards across industries, having thorough knowledge of the Banking, Media & Telecommunication and Energy Sectors.
Mr. Zarnakoupis started his management consulting career in the United Nations Management Consulting Division, and later he worked at KPMG in the Risk Advisory Services Division, at Emporiki Bank-Credit Agricole Group where he was responsible for the HR Project Office, and at Korn Ferry.
Mr. Zarnakoupis holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Athens and continued his education, obtaining the MBA from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, City University of New York.
Before re-joining the firm, Mr. Zarnakoupis was the HR Manager of Neptune Lines Shipping & Managing Enterprises, where he led the overall provision of HR services, providing technical expertise to organization's business entities in People engagement, Organizational excellence, and Governance.
