Before joining Korn Ferry, Fleur spent more than a decade at a leading Dutch bank in roles across culture & change, recruitment, talent management and business leadership within retail banking. Following this, she worked as a business psychologist and executive assessor.
Fleur holds Master’s degrees in Psychology and Business Studies and is trained in several coaching and leadership development methodologies.
