Prior to that, she spent seven years in the technology sector with MasTec Advanced Technologies, where she held client-facing roles focused on service coordination and claims resolution.
Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Flor studied business management and women's studies at the University of Florida and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
