Ms. Fass-Jouvene has worked on a wide range of market sectors including financial services, FMCG, transportation, and manufacturing.

Prior to getting into consulting, Ms. Fass-Jouvene acquired 16 years of experience in various positions in Danone Group at an international level in marketing, internal auditing, controlling and HR organization and development. She was also an internal coach.

Ms. Fass-Jouvene has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development. She is specialized in large groups collaborative approaches and teams alignment of teams around new strategies. She has worked on several merger and integration projects.

Ms. Fass-Jouvene has a master in business administration from HEC. She is also certified in coaching & team building from Transformance 2001/ IFOD2002/ Systemic Approach - International Mozaîk.
