Senior Principal

Mr. Garcia-Nieto is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's Madrid office.

During his more than 25 years of experience, he has collaborated with organizations on the implementation of their strategies, through projects related to employee effectiveness, organizational improvement, talent management and reward policies.

He is used to work in multinational environments combining the expertise of Strategy Consulting with Human Resources Management. Francisco leads projects in a wide broad of sectors such as Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, Financial services, TIC and Industrial, mainly in Europe and South America.

Since Mr. Garcia-Nieto joined Korn Ferry , he became specialized in:

  • Organization: organizational analysis and improvement, job evaluation and job family models.
  • Merges and change transformation
  • Operational efficiency, Workforce planning, Lean Organization
  • Talent management: performance management, capability models, talent mapping and succession planning.
  • Compensation: reward policies including executive pay, compensation policies, variable pay systems (LTI &STI)  equity & diversity pay, and fringe benefits.

For 3 years, Francisco was Head of the Strategic Business Solutions Unit in Hay Group Legacy.

Apart from this, Mr. García-Nieto has also worked as HR Manager for Europac Group, where for more than 5 years he acted  as an advisor to the business (general manager) in the implementation of HR policies and tools. He was a member to the Division Steering Committee and centralized decision-making on Human Resources. He supported the integration process of new acquisitions and managed their integration into the Group culture.

Francisco holds an Industrial Engineer degree from Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
