With an experience of 20 years in Human Resources Consulting and a tenure of over 11 years within the Korn Ferry Group, he has developed a genuine expertise to help his clients to identify, attract and retain the best talents who drive business success for the industrial French market at the middle-to-senior level.
In addition, Mr. Godin also acts at Korn Ferry as the key point of contact in France for Search activity for Korn Ferry.
Since he joined the Korn Ferry Group, Mr. Godin has handled mid-level search assignments within all the manufacturing sectors. However, he has developed a deep knowledge of several markets, especially: aerospace, automotive, chemicals and food industry.
He is very familiar with roles such as Managing Director, Plant Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, and Purchasing Manager.
His expertise in HR roles has been developed in all sectors, covering generalist HR roles (HR Director, HR Business Partner etc.) as well as specialist roles (Reward, Talent, L&D etc.)
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a Business Unit Manager for a Technology Consulting Group. Before that, he worked as a Consultant for a major international recruitment consulting firm and for a Staffing Services Consultancy group.
Mr. Godin holds a Masters Degree in Business and Human Resources from Kedge (Marseille).
He is fluent in French and English.
