He is a seasoned advisor for CXOs having worked in consulting for 23 years. Frank is  passionate about creating value with his clients for their shareholders. He develops strategies and advises with the successful execution. Above all he describes himself as a relationship guy who cares deeply about his clients concerns and the people he works with.

His focus has been Strategy & Operations with topics such as Business Strategy, Strategic Transformations like Target Operating Model, Change, M&A with Integrations/ Carve-Outs/ Joint Ventures.

He has previously worked with IQVIA, where he led the European Asset & Portfolio Strategy team. Prior to that, Frank worked for Alvarez & Marsal, a US-based boutique consulting company and also worked for the strategy house Roland Berger. For the majority of his professional life, Frank worked for Deloitte, being based in Zurich, New York, and Frankfurt.

He holds a "Diplom-Kaufmann" degree (equivalent MBA) from the University of Passau, Germany.
