Gabrielle ( Gabby) Lennox is a Career Coach with Korn Ferry Advance based in Philadelphia.

As a career changer herself, Ms. Lennox most enjoys helping her clients explore their diverse passions, values and skills, and working as a team to uncover how these insights can be used to maximize career happiness.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach in the fall of 2015, Ms. Lennox had a thriving marketing strategy career, spending nearly a decade at The Walt Disney Company and Capital One. She began coaching part-time in 2010 after graduating from Harvard Business School and was a part of the launch team for the now-retired Google Helpouts platform.

Gabby's coaching style has been called conversational, direct, empathetic and intuitive. She prides herself on her ability to see patterns, build insights and challenge her clients to be the best, most authentic versions of themselves. 

Ms. Lennox has worked in a wide range of industries including entertainment, tourism & hospitality, financial services, education/academia and startups. She has a passion for working with MBAs, recent graduates and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining the firm, Gabby worked as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University teaching a senior-level capstone course on Career Management. She enjoys parlaying her passion for education into the career coaching space through delivering webinars, leading in-person events and workshops, and providing her thoughts on camera.

As a lifelong writer and student of journalism, Gabby holds particular expertise in helping clients develop sharply-written resumes that highlight an individuals' unique, on-the-job contributions. 

Ms. Lennox holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Florida where she graduated summa cum laude as valedictorian. She completed her Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School in 2010 and recently graduated from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) with a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation.
