Senior Client Partner
Gabriella Kilby is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry based in the Firm’s Toronto office. She is a member of Korn Ferry’s CEO Succession practice and a senior advisor for Talent Strategy, Culture Transformation and Succession Management.
In her sixteen years at Korn Ferry, Ms. Kilby has worked with executive teams to define their organizations’ mission, vision, values, and desired culture. She has consulted with clients on the design and execution of their talent strategy and associated people processes.
Ms. Kilby brings a wealth of experience to the Firm in the areas of CEO succession, executive assessment, onboarding and coaching. She is a faculty member of the Chief Executive and Executive to Leader Institutes.
Ms. Kilby has over twenty-six years of experience helping companies and senior leaders to develop and leverage their human capital and improve organizational performance. She has extensive experience in the areas of talent strategy, leadership development, succession management, leadership assessment, and cultural transformation.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Kilby spent almost ten years in progressively senior consulting roles at a well-known Canadian human capital consulting firm, where she was responsible for business development, oversight and implementation of leadership consulting work for a variety of blue-chip and emerging companies.
Ms. Kilby earned an MBA degree in strategy and marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto and an honors BA in psychology and sociology. She has a certificate in adult education, and CTI’s Co-Active Coaching program. She is certified to use the Leadership Maturity Framework (LMF.) Ms. Kilby is certified on a number of assessments in the industry as well as the full suite of Korn Ferry assessment and development tools.
