Senior Partner

Gabriella Kilby is a Senior Partner for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's Toronto office. She is also a member of Korn Ferry's CEO Succession practice and a service offering advisor for Talent Strategy Culture Transformation and Succession Management.

Ms. Kilby has over nineteen years of experience helping companies and senior leaders to develop and leverage their human capital and improve organizational performance. She has extensive experience in the areas of talent strategy, leadership development, succession management, leadership assessment, and cultural transformation.

In her ten years at Korn Ferry, Ms. Kilby has worked with executive teams to define their organizations' mission, vision, values, and desired culture. She has consulted with clients on the design and execution of their talent strategy and associated people processes such as performance management and succession planning.

Ms. Kilby brings a wealth of experience to the Firm in the areas of CEO succession, Chief Executive Institute, Executive to Leader Institute, executive assessment, onboarding and coaching, and top team effectiveness.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Kilby spent nine years in progressively senior consulting roles at a well-known Canadian human capital consulting firm, where she was responsible for business development and execution of leadership consulting work for a variety of blue-chip and emerging companies. In this role, Ms. Kilby led assignments in talent assessment, leadership development, organizational alignment and effectiveness, and curriculum design and delivery. She implemented the company's standardized experiential learning methodology and founded the company's instructional design resource center and courseware library.

Ms. Kilby earned a Master's of Business Administration degree in strategy and marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto and an honors Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Toronto. She has a certificate in adult education from St. Francis Xavier University, and has completed CTI's Co-Active Coaching training program. She is certified as a coach to use the Leadership Maturity Framework (LMF), a comprehensive stage model for understanding how people make different sense of their roles, opportunities and conflict situations depending on their stage of development. Ms. Kilby is certified on a number of assessments used by practitioners in the industry as well as the full suite of Korn Ferry products.
