This has involved a range of projects in the areas of job analysis and job evaluation, assessment, leadership development and talent management.

Some of the clients Mr Havers has worked with include British Petroleum (BP), South African Airways Technical (SAAT), Santam, MTN, the African Development Bank (ADB), Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and BAE Systems.

Mr. Havers is accredited in Korn Ferry's Behavioural Event Interviewing (BEI) and Job Evaluation (JE) methodology, Emotional Intelligence (ECI and ESCI) 360 tools and Leadership Styles and Organisational Climate (ILS and OCS) instruments.

His expertise in behavioural competency and benchmarking surveys helps clients understand the best possible survey solutions for their capability assessment, leadership and talent management needs.

Mr. Havers completed a Bachelor of Business Science degree with Honours in Organisational Psychology at the University of Cape Town in 2002. He has completed his Level A and Level B psychometrics ability and personality feedback accreditation while in the UK and is registered practitioner with the British Psychological Society.
