Gaurav is a Client Partner based in the firm’s India office. He works with clients to navigate complex transactions and transformations by aligning Strategy, Operations and Talent thereby accelerating value creation.
He brings over 18 years of experience in business focused HR advisory and industry roles, where he assisted organizations across sectors including BFSI, Power, Oil & Gas, Professional Services, Airlines, Consumer Retail and IT & ITeS with Private, Public and Government organizations in geographies like India, the USA, Middle East, Europe and Africa..
He has advised clients on areas across the employee lifecycle like organization structuring, strategic workforce planning, employee cost optimization, compensation and benefits transformation, employee policy design, employer value proposition, performance management, talent assessment and development, succession planning and leadership development.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Gaurav held several leadership roles across leading global organizations, including Mercer IMEA, Deloitte India, MetLife GOSC India, and KPMG India.
Gaurav holds an MBA in HR from XLRI – school of business and a Bachelor of Engineering. He is also a certified DiSC trainer and a Lean Six Sigma practitioner.
