With more than 7 years experience in consulting and more than 11 years overall in Total Rewards, Gaurav’s expertise includes designing and implementing Total Rewards strategies, compensation harmonization, market analyses, and pay design that is aligned with the organization’s business and talent strategy and enables employee engagement and high performance.
Gaurav has provided Total Rewards design and implementation support to clients globally across multiple sectors such as Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, Consumer Products, among others.
Gaurav has led various large sized projects related to total rewards strategy, job evaluation, sales compensation design, performance management, compensation harmonization and workforce productivity and analytics. Apart from working with clients in Canada and the US, he has also led projects in APAC markets such as India, Thailand, Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
Gaurav holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from Management Development Institute (India).
He started his consulting career in 2012 with Aon in their Human Capital practice prior to which he worked in Business Research with a Knowledge Process Outsourcing firm. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Gaurav held the position of Sr. Manager, Compensation at Rogers Communications where he was leading compensation program design and implementation for 25,000+ employees across the organization.
