Before joining Korn Ferry, Geeta held senior roles in global talent advisory and RPO firms, leading multi-sector teams across technology and BFSI. She has successfully managed enterprise transitions, built new delivery capabilities, and developed next-generation recruiting leaders.
Geeta holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and is recognized for her depth of expertise in global talent delivery and strategic hiring. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Sindhi.
