She leads commercial development and integrated go to market strategy across industries, connecting Korn Ferry’s talent acquisition capabilities with clients’ broader business and workforce priorities. In her role she helps clients elevate their talent acquisition functions to deliver greater strategic and business impact.

Throughout her Korn Ferry career, Germayne has held leadership roles spanning sales operations, sales enablement and client delivery. This breadth of experience gives her a distinctive perspective across the full client journey, from identifying opportunity and developing solutions through implementation and long-term partnership. She has led teams supporting new business pursuits and has set strategic and operational direction for clients ranging from mid-size organizations to Fortune 500 companies.

Germayne brings deep experience across consumer, industrial and life sciences, with a focus on helping organizations translate workforce needs into scalable talent solutions. She is a member of the North America Solutions Leadership team and is known for bringing together commercial strategy, client insight and cross functional expertise to create meaningful business value.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Germayne was a Senior Consultant with a boutique executive search firm, focusing on the recruitment and placement of executive and mid management talent across consumer, financial services, manufacturing, publishing and telecommunications.

Germayne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois.
