Gin is a Managing Consultant responsible for delivering search assignments across the MENA region.

Gin brings close to twenty years of search and professional experience. He has worked across a range of sectors including education, government and private sector leading on the end-to-end executive searches. Roles have included senior and executive level positions with prominent global organisations.

He is passionate about working with clients to deliver exceptional results through an approach combining creativity, perseverance and dedication. Gin has a particular interest in utilising his psychology and coaching background to better understand people.

Gin started his executive search career in 2005 and then went on to spend thirteen years working for a global executive search business progressing from Researcher to Principal. 

Most recently, Gin worked for Saïd Business School, University of Oxford with a remit covering Employer Engagement and coaching for Executive MBA students looking to progress their careers to the c-suite.

Gin is a graduate of Aston Business School where he completed a Business and Psychology degree. He is also a qualified Executive Coach (EMCC) and a fluent Punjabi speaker.
