Associate Client Partner
Ginna Martin is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Boston office. She leads the Simulation-based Assessment offering and is on the Strategy and Innovation Committee for the ASLD practice in North America.
A seasoned leader and business partner, Ms. Martin helps client groups optimize performance during periods of rapid expansion and unprecedented change. During her 25-year career, she has helped strengthen the skills of 1,000+ senior leaders and middle managers in their mission to scale globally, transform culture, and increase operational efficiency. She has worked with high-tech, biotech, healthcare, finance, private equity, not-for-profit, and industrial companies.
Current areas of focus: executive assessment and succession planning; the implementation of integrated talent solutions to accelerate business strategy.
Ms. Martin’s expertise includes leadership development, organizational effectiveness, assessment of talent needs, and succession planning in global organizations.
Ms. Martin worked at Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center, where she maximized collaboration between 900 scientists and physicians across seven Harvard medical institutions, and EMC, where she created and executed curricula that set performance management standards across global business units.
In addition, Ms. Martin co-founded and managed two successful consulting firms—both focused on leadership and organization development—that have served private and non-profit enterprises in Boston and Seattle. Previously, Ms. Martin worked at Microsoft and raised the executive leadership skills of 200 general manager-potentials globally.
A graduate of Duke University, Ms. Martin holds a master’s of business administration in marketing and organizational behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, as well as a certificate of Organization and Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
