Gloria Mirrione leads Korn Ferry’s Asset Management team in North America for professional level search and co-leads the firm’s Impact Investing Practice focusing in the financial sector. Ms. Mirrione works out of the New York City Office.

Ms. Mirrione brings 20+ years of experience to Korn Ferry in executive search working with traditional and alternative asset managers across private investment firms, family offices, venture capital, private equity, private credit and hedge funds, among others.

Ms. Mirrione has developed an expertise in Impact Investing  working with a broad spectrum of clients that include impact venture and private equity firms, impact focused family offices, Investment firms, CDFI’s, assignments for chief executive officer’s, chief investment officer’s, investment team members along with corporate functions. Her clients include Generation Investment Management, Impact Assets, Village Capital, Cornerstone Capital, and New Island Capital Management.

Ms. Mirrione is a proud board member of Greyston Bakery, a pioneering social enterprise, that practices Open Hiring in a world-class commercial bakery producing brownies included in Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream.

Ms. Mirrione received her BBA in Marketing, Minor in Industrial Psychology from Baruch College (CUNY).
