Grace Kerrison is Senior Vice President for Korn Ferry Digital, APAC, where she leads the firm’s Digital business across the region. With more than 25 years of experience across global technology and talent organizations, Grace has held senior leadership roles at LinkedIn, Microsoft, and pymetrics (now Harver). Her career spans both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, giving her a holistic view of how organizations evolve and scale in dynamic markets.
Grace brings a strong enterprise lens to her work, having specialized in innovative go-to-market initiatives across diverse industries and geographies. Her leadership style is collaborative and performance-driven, grounded in a deep understanding of regional dynamics, cultural nuance, and the need for adaptable talent models in the backdrop of constant disruption.

Grace holds a Master of Business Administration from AGSM-UNSW in Syndey, Australia.
