Senior Client Partner, CEO and Board Services, APAC
Graham Almond is a Senior Client Partner for the firm’s CEO and Board Services Practice across APAC.
His key areas of specialisation include CEO and C-suite Succession/ Progression and Effectiveness, Board Progression and Effectiveness, and enhancing organisational performance through high performing teams, culture and organisation effectiveness.
Graham has worked as a talent, culture and organisational performance advisor and as an in-house CHRO and Corporate Services Executive with tier 1 organisations across multiple industries at a global level to transition CEO’s/ senior executives and team effectiveness, shape Board effectiveness and impact. His enterprise leadership mindset led him to lead multiple perform and transform strategies which delivered shareholder value and positioned organisations for scale or leveraged performance opportunities and new market entry.
He brings deep in-house global experience where he has lead teams across more than 100 countries which uniquely positions him with an understanding of the operating and culture dynamics that differentiate enterprise leaders working across geographies.
A critical focus of Graham’s work is to ensure his work with Boards and senior executives translates into accelerated business impact on the key strategic priorities. He is passionate about working with clients to build high performing enterprise leaders and teams to sustainably embed the work into the organisations culture and practices.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Graham led his own consulting business and operated as the MD for another talent advisory firm across APAC, Middle East and Africa.
Graham is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program and the Australian Institute of Company Directors International Director Program. He holds a Masters in Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney and a Diploma of Neuroscience in Leadership.
