Grant's proven track record transpires nearly a decade of consulting clients on executive and management hires within the Plan, Source, Make and Deliver spectrum across Automotive OEM’s, Tier 1 & 2 Suppliers.

Grant joined Korn Ferry from another leading search firm as Principal Consultant of their Industrials practice where he advised on building sustainable hiring initiatives and delivering the right talent solutions for PE-backed manufacturing and mobility business across the DACH region.

Grant started his career in the British Army, where he served in an Armoured Reconnaissance Regiment and lead intelligence-gathering operations in support of organization strategy. His additional duties was acting  Bodyguard to Her Majesty the Queen and regularly took part on state visits from the President of France, King of Norway, US President and General Secretary of China.
