Greg is a Managing Consultant, COE-East, for Korn Ferry in the Supply Chain and Operations Division.

He focuses on industrial manufacturing, supply chain and operations. Greg resides in Jacksonville, FL and is based in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office, providing market expertise and engagement execution across the Supply Chain and Operations division.

Greg works with top industrial and manufacturing talent and leading employers; with a focus in professional search. In his role, he enjoys the daily interactions with talent in the industry and strives to provide a positive experience for both the talent and his client organizations throughout the process. “Developing talent and being involved in their career growth, whether directly or indirectly, has always been the most rewarding”, says Greg. His goal is to make a quality and “right fit” match among his client organizations and candidates where it is a win-win for everyone. 

Greg began his career 15+ years ago within the building materials industry (pozzolans, aggregates, steel making and chemicals). He held Operational Management roles early on prior to a career pivot into the HR function, holding a variety of HR Business Partner positions within heavy industry and supply chain. Greg spent his previous 3 years in a Search Consultant role at a professional search firm providing placement services to all functions of the business. His team focused on a range of industrial and manufacturing sectors in both domestic and international searches within chemicals, polymers, plastics, and advanced materials, among others.

Greg holds a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership and nearing completion of a certification in Organizational Development.
