Greg LaSalle has over 30 years of consulting experience in the Healthcare industry and has supported both Provider and Payer organizations.

Mr. LaSalle has been a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry for the last 6 years. He currently serves as the  Korn Ferry Client Account Lead for our Largest Accounts in Healthcare. He has overall responsibility for sales, delivery and meeting client expectations.

His area of expertise is delivering large scale change transformation programs across multiple regions/locations and functional areas. This includes System Integration (Clinical and ERP), M&A Integration, and Cost Reduction Programs.

Prior to coming to Korn Ferry Mr. LaSalle spent 26 years with Accenture as a Managing Director in their Healthcare Practice.

Mr. LaSalle served as the Client Account Lead for a large healthcare Provider/Payer. Mr. LaSalle and his team helped this client successfully complete their largest transformation to date and achieved over $400M in annual run rate benefit.

Mr. LaSalle was the Client Account Lead for an acquisition of a large healthcare provider that enabled his client to double in size. He led the integration of the new organization which included a new clinical system, processes and procedures throughout all of their facilities. He also developed an incentive plan to ensure that each facility embraced the new process.

Greg received his M.B.A. from the University of Arizona, and an Undergraduate Degree in Business from the University of Arizona.
