Mr. LaSalle's area of expertise is delivering large scale change transformation programs across multiple regions/locations and functional areas. This includes Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Work Force Planning, Organization Design/Development, Incentive and Reward, and M&A Integration.
Mr. LaSalle was the Client Account Lead for an acquisition of a large healthcare provider that enabled his client to double in size. He lead the integration of the new organization which included a new clinical system, as well as, processes and procedures throughout all of their facilities. He also developed an incentive plan to ensure that each facility was embracing the new process.
Mr. LaSalle led the implementation of a new Human Performance operating model for claims and customer service sites.
Earlier in his career, Mr. LaSalle spent 26 years with Accenture as a Managing Director in their Healthcare Practice. He specializes in delivering large scale transformations programs in Healthcare Provider organizations.
He served as the Client Account Lead (CAL) for many large Healthcare organizations. He had overall responsibility for sales, delivery and meeting client expectations.
Mr. LaSalle spent the last several years as a Client Account Lead for a large healthcare Provider/Payer. Mr. LaSalle and his team helped this client successfully complete their largest transformation to date and achieved over $400M in annual run rate benefit.
Greg received his M.B.A. from the University of Arizona, and an Undergraduate Degree in Business from the University of Arizona.
