Gulcan has worked with a wide range of organizations across industries and geographies and at different consulting practices.

She has managed projects and delivered solutions in areas of Organizational Design, Organization & Workforce Effectiveness, Executive Leadership Development, Corporate Performance Management, Talent Management and Reward Strategies.

She is leading Industrials & Conglomerates Businesses within Korn Ferry Turkey. Also leads Work Measurement Practice in Turkey.

She focuses on the design and implementation of a strategy-aligned organization at the enterprise level and defining the jobs and teams to deliver on the organization's strategic objectives.

Gulcan provides ongoing support for leading companies across a variety of industries and sectors including; automotive, auto parts, metal, chemicals, oil and gas, energy, durables, consumer goods, finance, food and retail and conglomerates.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Gulcan worked as a senior consultant and before that worked as Human Resources Manager at Aygaz.

Gulcan has a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Masters degree in Engineering Management .
