Heidi works across our organization combining solutions of Advisory, Talent  acquisition and KF Intelligence Cloud to bring the one Korn Ferry experience to our  clients unique needs.

Prior joining Korn Ferry Heidi worked 14 years at Accenture where she was Managing  Director, Management Consulting Executive in Communication, Media and High  Technology sector responsible for client portfolio, P/L and relationship management  with global accounts.

Heidi's consulting focus was on selling and delivering complex global transformation  programs for C-suite in enterprise functions and transformation office domains. Over  the years she has gained experience in digital, outsourcing, advisory, M&A, networks,  telecommunications, device manufacturing, paper, printing and chemical industry.

She is known for her ability to quickly establish trusted client relationships and  develop an understanding of client specific challenges in order to provide unique yet  scalable solutions that are sold and delivered with quality. Despite Heidi's strong  technology focus, her true passion is people, and she feels at home in the sweet  mixture of multicultural teams and organizations.

Heidi is a Doctor of Science (Technology) in Chemical Engineering with a minor in  Business Strategy and International Marketing from the Helsinki University of  Technology.
