As a Regional Commercial Leader at Korn Ferry Digital, I specialize in driving growth and innovation in digital assessments and learning solutions across Continental Europe, Africa, and Turkey. 

Additionally, as Country Leader for Korn Ferry Digital in the Netherlands, I lead the Digital team and focus on seamlessly integrating digital solutions with advisory services to help clients optimize their talent strategies.

With extensive experience in (Digital) HR SaaS solutions, I advise clients on creating impactful assessment strategies to enhance talent decisions. I also lead high-performing teams in advising, designing, and implementing talent acquisition and talent development platforms, talent management tools, competency modelling, and digital learning solutions. My focus is on leveraging technology-driven HR strategies to unlock workforce potential, empowering organizations to achieve sustainable success.

Before joining Korn Ferry, I built a strong career in (executive) search, talent management, and rewards consulting, working with leading advisory firms and recruitment agencies. My expertise spans strategic talent acquisition, leadership development and workforce performance for multinational corporations.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Amsterdam School of Business and have completed multiple professional development programs, including Strategic Selling with Perspective, Accelerating Revenue Growth, and the Korn Ferry Leadership Development programs. I am accredited in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KFLA) and Korn Ferry Leadership Solution (KFLS).

Fluent in Dutch and English, with Intermediate German, I am passionate about coaching teams, fostering collaboration, and helping organizations navigate the evolving HR technology landscape.
