Hilary Raska is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Professional Search North American IT COE Practice. In this role, she partners with organizations in the financial services space to recruit senior-level technology leaders across technology functions, helping organizations navigate complex talent needs with passion, precision, and insight. Hilary is known for her consultative, direct, and personable approach, with a strong focus on delivering successful outcomes and fostering lasting client and candidate relationships.
Hilary brings 12+ years in senior leadership and executive search experience. She has a strong track record working with financial services and fintech organizations to scale their technology leadership amid rapid growth, regulatory complexity, and evolving customer expectations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Hilary served as Vice President at a boutique executive search firm where she led C-suite and senior leadership searches for financial institutions with assets ranging from $1 billion to $50 billion.
Earlier in her career, Hilary spent over a ten years with a national search firm where rose to the role of Senior Vice President, Executive Search. During her tenure, she launched and scaled the firm’s presence in Austin, Texas, overseeing business development, recruiting, and the execution of senior-level search engagements across the technology sector. She led engagements from intake through completion and served as a trusted advisor to clients navigating competitive and evolving talent markets. Hilary also built and led a high-performing team from the ground up and played a notable role in the private equity-backed firm’s expansion, contributing to its growth from $200 million to over $1 billion in revenue.
Mrs. Raska holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Sam Houston State University. She is an Austin, Texas native and resides here with her husband and their dog, Max.
