Hilary Raska is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry's Professional Search practice. She partners with organizations across a range of industries to identify and recruit senior leadership talent, helping clients navigate complex hiring needs with a consultative and relationship-driven approach.
Hilary brings more than 13 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience. She has worked closely with organizations undergoing growth, transformation, and organizational change, supporting the recruitment of senior executives and functional leaders across a variety of business disciplines.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Hilary served as Vice President at a boutique executive search firm, where she led executive and senior leadership searches for organizations ranging from emerging growth companies to large, established enterprises.
Earlier in her career, Hilary spent more than a decade with a national search firm, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President, Executive Search. During her tenure, she helped establish and grow the firm's presence in Austin, Texas, leading business development efforts, managing client relationships, and executing complex search engagements nationwide. She also built and developed high-performing teams and played a key role in the firm's significant growth and expansion.
Hilary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Sam Houston State University and resides in Austin, Texas.
