Mr. Winzer develops instruments and processes to help improve the performance at individual, team and corporate level.
Mr. Winzer has consulted with a wide range of local and multi-national organizatins. He leads the Life Sciences Industry team in the German speaking countries and is an active member of Korn Ferry's international network.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, for several years Mr. Winzer worked in the human resources areas of large-scale industrial companies. For two years he worked for the L&T practice in Korn Ferry Pacific, supporting the development of the business in this region.
Mr. Winzer has varied experience in the conception and implementation of practical solutions for clients, primarily focusing on talent management processes, assessment systems, competency models, executive assessment centers, executive feedback, trainings, executive coaching and employee surveys. Some of his recent projects are focusing on top team development and implementation of culture change interventions. Most of his projects have an international scope.
Mr. Winzer supports clients with customized concepts and projects, to improve leadership quality and put corporate strategy into practice. He particularly focuses on the implementation of solutions.
Mr. Winzer has a diploma in psychology.
