Hugo Pires is a Sector Leader responsible for the Industrial Practice at Korn Ferry South America, based in the Rio de Janeiro office. RJ. Throughout his career, he has developed strong ties with important organizations in Brazil.
Hugo joined Korn Ferry in 2023 with the goal of promoting the development of the region. He has over ten years of experience in executive recruitment for national and multinational companies, has led multidisciplinary teams, and played an important role in developing relationships with executives in Human Resources and sectors such as automotive, supply chain, infrastructure, consumer goods, among others.
Before joining consulting, Hugo worked as an engineer in the Supply Chain area at Michelin, developing logistics and production optimization projects in operations in South America.
Hugo holds a degree in Production Engineering, is a Green Belt, and a coach trained by the Neuroleadership Institute certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
He is a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English and Spanish.
