Iain is responsible for middle-to-senior level search assignments for Human Resource professionals. This includes Country, Regional and Business Unit HR Directors and Senior HR Business Partners and specialist roles in Talent Management and Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Organisation Design, Change Management, HR Transformation and People Analytics.
In addition, Iain works closely with colleagues in the Firm's talent, culture and organisational advisory practices to provide insight into the key leadership and organisational challenges facing our clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Iain led the HR practice of a boutique financial services executive search firm for a year, having previously been a Director at a specialist HR recruitment company for nine years, where he led the executive search business.
Before specialising in HR, Iain spent 14 years running senior search assignments in the management consultancy sector. He has also worked on numerous international assignments across Europe, UAE, Asia and the Former Soviet Union.
Iain has worked extensively with leading companies across a variety of sectors including: universal, challenger & investment banks; insurance; energy; transport; public sector; media; technology; and pharmaceuticals.
Iain has a degree in History from UCL School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies.
