With over 20 years of experience in executive search and advisory, Illona is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Professional search team and looks after Global Technology markets.
Throughout Illona’s career, she has been a trusted talent partner and advisor to many innovative leaders from pioneering organisations, high growth digital ventures and ASX listed businesses. She has helped businesses scale, innovate and partnered with C-Suite Executives to build out world class leadership teams.
Illona brings an entrepreneurial mindset to her work at Korn Ferry, having run her own executive recruitment firm and through her work partnering with Founders of Australia’s leading tech businesses.
Illona also spent some time working in the UK and started her career with a Global Professional Services firm after graduating from a Bachelor of Business.
