
Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing & Communications, Latin America




Isadora Reis is a senior marketing and communications leader with more than 15 years of experience across B2B and B2C marketing, market intelligence, corporate communications, internal communications, digital marketing, events, and branding. She also supports organizations on culture, change management, and communication consulting projects.
She currently serves as Head of Marketing, Corporate Communications & Lead Management for Latin America at Korn Ferry. In this role, she leads integrated strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, driving brand growth, market positioning, and new business development across the region. In parallel to her executive responsibilities, she eventually works as a consultant on culture and communication projects for key strategic clients.
Previously, she held key positions in major technology companies such as Xandr (Microsoft’s advertising business), Yahoo, and Microsoft, in addition to an experience in the consumer goods sector at Forth Jardim. Throughout these roles, she developed and executed integrated marketing strategies, market research and trend studies, managed large national and international events, and strengthened brand presence through press relations, storytelling, and client engagement initiatives.
Isadora holds a degree in Communications, Marketing, and Advertising from ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) and studied at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain, where she focused on Consumer Sociology. She later deepened her academic background with a coaching certification from the Brazilian Coaching Institute and a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology from PUC, which brought her closer to the culture, leadership, and people-development fields that now complement her professional practice.
Recognized for her ability to connect strategic vision, technical expertise, and human sensitivity, Isadora is passionate about working in dynamic and multicultural environments and is consistently involved in initiatives focused on building and strengthening organizational culture. She is also a mentor in Korn Ferry’s women’s development program (KF Women’s Alliance Group).
