She has nearly two decades of experience in talent advisory, she partners with senior leaders across the Asia-Pacific to accelerate leadership potential and succession readiness.

Ishita has worked with top teams across industries including financial services, technology, aviation, and telecommunications, supporting clients in designing and executing impactful talent strategies.

Her expertise spans succession planning, high-potential development, DEI, and top team selection, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ishita held senior leadership roles, including Associate Partner and Senior Director at global consulting firms specializing in human capital, assessment, and leadership development.

She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from RVCE Bangalore.

Ishita is a Certified Psychometric Trainer and Behavioral Assessor (BPS RQTU 536451 Cognitive & Personality L1&2), and is certified in Hogan Suite, FACET-5, Identity, ADEPT-15, KF Hay Guide Chart Profile Method, Competency Coding, and BEI.

She is also a certified(CPCC) Executive Coach (Co-Active Training Institute, USA).
