Senior Client Partner, Leader of the Human Resources Center of Expertise, South America

Jacqueline Mandel is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry's office in Santiago Chile. She leads the Human Resources Center of Expertise for South America and is also a member of the firm’s global Consumer Goods Retail Health Care and Industrial practices.

Jacqueline has more than 20 years of international talent management experience across industries in North & South America, with an emphasis on the consumer, retail and healthcare sectors. She has conducted executive search engagements locally, regionally and globally, with a strong focus on the Human Resources, C-Level, Board of Directors and Legal functions, among others.

Throughout her career Jackie has worked with local, national and multinational clients to achieve their strategic objectives including organizational transformations, cultural change and business growth. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jackie was a Partner at a global executive search firm where she led the regional Legal Compliance and Regulatory practice for Latin America and managed the HR, Consumer, Retail, and Healthcare practices on a local level.

Previously, Jackie was Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, leading the Consumer and Life Sciences practices in Chile, while developing and managing several key accounts with global and local organizations.

Before entering the executive search industry, Jackie worked in corporate law as a junior associate and in financial consulting as a portfolio analyst. 

Jacqueline holds a bachelor's degree in in political science and international relations from the University of Wisconsin, Madison (USA), and a J.D. from Yeshiva University's Cardozo School of Law in New York.

She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
