Ms. Steele has expertise in a variety of areas, including simulation-based assessment, individual coaching, multi-rater feedback processes, competency modeling, succession planning, training and development, and organizational effectiveness. She is also an engaging facilitator who has worked with a wide variety of clients in the USA and Europe, in industries such as energy , healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications , and pharma.
Ms. Steele holds a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wright State University.
