Mr. Graves brings a breadth of experience to the Firm in the areas of CEO succession and development (e.g., Chief Executive Institute), executive onboarding and coaching, top team effectiveness, culture and organizational change. He works across a variety of industries and has deep expertise in technology, healthcare, retail, and media & entertainment.
Previously with Oliver Wyman-Delta, Mr. Graves was involved in large-scale senior leadership and change management initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that role, he served as a vice president of organization assessment at Right Management Consultants.
Additionally, Mr. Graves has experience working in the consumer and public service sectors in various human resource management roles.
Mr. Graves has been a featured presenter at SIOP and published several thought leadership articles in such publications as Consulting Magazine and the Journal of Organizational Excellence.
His professional memberships include the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, American Psychological Science, and the Bay Area Council. He is certified across a wide range of assessments including the Hogan’s Leadership Forecast Series, Focus Energy Balance Indicator, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Step II, EQi, FIRO-B, Conflict Dynamics Profile, VOICES, CHOICES, viaEDGE, Decision Styles, Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect, Talent Review, KF4D, Styles & Climate and Korn Ferry’s Assessment of Leadership Potential.
Mr. Graves earned doctoral and master’s degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from Alliant International University–San Diego (formerly CSPP), and a bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in psychology with a minor in French from Boston University. He grew up in Florence, Italy and is bilingual in English and Italian.
