Senior Partner

Jamen Graves Ph.D. is a Senior Partner for Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting based in the Firm's San Francisco office.

Mr. Graves brings a wealth of experience to the Firm in the areas of CEO succession, Chief Executive Institute, Executive to Leader Institute, executive onboarding and coaching, top team effectiveness, leadership development, and organizational change. He works across a variety of industries and has deep expertise in healthcare, technology, retail, and the entertainment sector.

Previously with Oliver Wyman-Delta, Mr. Graves was involved in large-scale senior leadership and change management initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that role, he served as a vice president of organization assessment at Right Management Consultants.

Additionally, Mr. Graves has experience working in the consumer and public service sectors in various human resource management roles.

Mr. Graves has been a featured presenter at SIOP and published several thought leadership articles in such publications as Consulting Magazine and the Journal of Organizational Excellence.

His professional memberships include the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, American Psychological Science, and the Bay Area Council. He is certified across a wide range of assessments including the Hogan's Leadership Forecast Series, Focus Energy Balance Indicator, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Step II, EQi, FIRO-B, Conflict Dynamics Profile, VOICES, CHOICES, viaEDGE, Decision Styles, Korn Ferry's Leadership Architect, and KFALP.

Mr. Graves earned doctoral and master's degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from Alliant International University-San Diego (formerly CSPP), and a bachelor's degree (magna cum laude) in psychology with a minor in French from Boston University. He his bilingual in English and Italian.
