James leads the growth of Korn Ferry's enterprise coaching business in the UK, Ireland and EMEA.

He uses his passion for clients and their success to make sure coaching programs achieve results aligned to their business strategy. His personable and collaborative style provides the foundation for internal and external stakeholders to forge effective long term partnerships.

James started his career in the automotive sector with BMW before moving into professional services - working at a fast growing SME in the corporate training sector and, for the last 8+ years, a global end-to-end talent provider.  He has partnered with some of the largest and most forward thinking companies in the world, across a wide array of sectors, to help them achieve their goals through their people.

Whilst at University James achieved a 1st class degree in Marketing & Business.  More recently, James followed his passion for coaching and embarked on the journey to become an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  He continues to practice professional coaching alongside is core role at Korn Ferry.
