James is a Senior Principal in the UK & Ireland Total Rewards advisory practice.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry he worked for over 15 years in Reward both in consultancy and in-house roles; most recently as a Senior Manager in PwC’s Reward and Employment Advisory practice.
James has experience across sectors, with a focus on Life Sciences, Media & Entertainment, Financial Services and Public sector and brings a broad understanding from a HR and Reward perspective. His particular areas of expertise include reward strategy, job architecture, job evaluation, short term incentive design, reward benchmarking and pay structure design.
James has a Diploma in Higher Education in Mathematics and Management, from the University of Liverpool.
