James Edge

Associate Client Partner

James Edge is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry, based in the Firm’s London office.

James has over 15 years business and consulting experience and specialises in Leadership Assessment, Succession and Development.  Whilst he has cross-sector experience, he is currently focused on Industrial Markets, supporting organisations as they lead the Energy Transition.

During his time at Korn Ferry, James has built strong track record in delivering global assessment solutions to clients, working with organisations from across EMEA, North America and APAC markets.  He has fulfilled a wide range of roles; partnering with clients to set their talent and assessment strategies, assessing mid-level, Senior and C-suite leaders as well as running large-scale, global projects.

Passionate about helping others, James invests significant time in upskilling client teams in core assessment skills as well as Korn Ferry IP.  He plays an active role in the UK consulting community, having previously held Community and Commercial solution leadership roles for the UK&I.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, James worked for an education consultancy, helping clients build and deliver CSR programmes.  As part of this role he worked with a leading sports charity to create an outreach programme that connected with over 10,000 young adults across the UK.  During this programme James worked with a number of elite-level athletes, sharing their stories to inspire the next generation.

James is a graduate of Loughborough University where he obtained a Masters degree in Globalization as well as a Bachelors degree in Geography.  He is a member of the British Psychological Society as well as being an accredited Level A and B practioner.
