Jan Machtelinckxi s a senior client partner and leads the Korn Ferry Digital Assessment, Succession and development business for Digital in EMEA. He is based in the firm’s Brussels office.

Jan brings to his clients more than 15 years of leadership advisory and talent development experience.

He joins Korn Ferry from a global consulting firm where he was the Country Leader for the BeNeLux.

Prior to this, Jan worked as a consultant in the field of Total Reward, Talent Management and Organizational Design.

He began his career as a Reward Consultant with Hay Group Consulting, advising clients from across Europe on Reward practices, benchmarking and policies.

His past client work includes Reward advice, Org. Design interventions as well as assessments, succession planning and leadership development work.

Over the years Jan has worked with several leading companies in different industries, ranging from Life Sciences over Retail, Industrials and Consumer goods offering him a unique understanding of the different challenges each of these industries might face.

Jan has been certified in several Talent Development models and HR Models over the years which puts him in a strong position to help clients develop talent strategies which take a whole-person view as an approach.

Jan holds a master degree in Political Sciences from the University of Brussels.
