As a key member of the Nonprofit & Higher Education Practice, Ms. McMahon is involved in all facets of the recruitment process from initial client engagement through to successful search completion.
Ms. McMahon brings to the practice more than two decades of experience spanning hundreds of searches. Clients value her vast experience, extensive network, and consultative approach along with an innate ability to attract and assess talent.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. McMahon served as Managing Associate for a leading executive search firm serving higher education, not-for-profit, and healthcare organizations. In this capacity, she successfully partnered with a wide array of clients on academic and administrative searches including chairs, deans, CIOs, CFOs, and COOs.
Recent clients include American University, Howard University, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Syracuse University, Texas Tech University, University of Connecticut Foundation, University of Alabama at Birmingham, and University of Washington Medical Center.
Ms. McMahon holds a BS from Temple University. In addition, she is an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter. Outside of work, Jane serves on a number of committees for the VHL Alliance and volunteers for MANNA, a nonprofit that provides nutritious, medically appropriate meals to clients battling life threatening illnesses.
