Jasbir Singh helps clients develop a strong leadership bench by equipping high potential leaders with the mind-sets and competencies for more senior roles.
He is passionate about helping individuals realise their potential and he does this through insightful leadership assessments complemented by experiential leadership development workshops and programs to create mind-set shifts, behavioural change and lasting impact. He particularly enjoys designing and delivering trainings that are energetic, interactive and equip participants with tangible tools to increase their self awareness and leadership impact.
His experience includes: designing and delivering bespoke, year long Leadership Development programs for a global logistics firm; Leadership Assessments for promotion at a government linked investment company; and CEO succession planning for one of the world's largest aluminum producers.
His passion for leadership development extends beyond his consulting career. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he served as the Head of Learning & Development at the NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates, working to develop the next generation of leaders in Singapore.
At NUS, he was also responsible for the digital transformation of Career Services.
Jasbir loves being outdoors and is an avid adventurer having cycled, dived & trekked in some of the most beautiful places on Earth.
Jasbir began his career in Commercial Litigation before becoming a leadership consultant with Heidrick & Struggles Inc. He later served as the Head of Learning & Development at the NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates before joining Korn Ferry in 2020. Jasbir has passed the Singapore Bar and holds a Juris Doctors and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) from Singapore Management University. He also holds the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance and is accredited in psychometrics including Saville Wave and Hogan Assessments.
