Jasbir Singh is a Senior Principal in Korn Ferry’s Advisory practice, specialising in leadership development, assessment and AI capability building.
He is based in the firm’s Singapore office and leads curriculum and product development for Korn Ferry Academy, translating the firm’s intellectual property into programmes that scale across markets, and has built the Academy’s fractional HR practice from the ground up, including its curriculum and faculty.
A key focus of Jasbir’s work is helping organisations move from curiosity about AI to genuine adoption, equipping leaders and HR teams to spot where AI is worth using, exercise judgement about where it is not, and lead the behavioural change adoption demands. He has also led applied research into the future of HR in an AI era, drawing on workforce data and conversations with senior HR leaders.
Alongside this, Jasbir advises clients on leadership assessment, succession, high potential development, executive coaching and team effectiveness. He measures programme impact and feeds it back into design.
He has designed and led a high potential programme running across six markets, a year-long development journey for a global logistics firm, promotion assessments at a government-linked investment company, and CEO succession planning for one of the world’s largest aluminium producers.
His clients span industrials, pharmaceuticals, financial services, telecommunications, logistics, education and the not-for-profit sector across Asia Pacific. Before joining Korn Ferry in 2020, Jasbir was Head of Learning and Development at the NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates. He began his career in commercial litigation before moving into leadership consulting with Heidrick & Struggles.
Jasbir holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) from Singapore Management University and has passed the Singapore Bar. He is an accredited trainer with an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance and is certified in the Korn Ferry Assessment Suite, Hogan Assessments and Saville Wave.
Jasbir has cycled, dived and trekked in some of the most beautiful places on earth. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two young children.
