Javad’s has led projects to support clients during transactions and transformation initiatives, including HR due diligence, rewards harmonization and post merger integration across all workstreams including operating model and organization structure design, leadership assessment, reward integration, employee communication and culture integration.
Over the last three years Javad has led engagements across people related streams for all the largest financial services transactions in the Middle East. In addition Javad has also led engagement in organizational effectiveness and workforce optimisation, rewards, developing performance management frameworks and leadership assessment.
Javad has experience working with clients across the Middle East, Europe and the US.
Javad has extensive experience in working with C Suite level clients to assist them in decision making and providing a rounded perspective across all people related matters, including operating model and structure, workforce efficiency, reward and performance. Javad has run workshops and training for clients on various topics, primarily around HR M&A readiness.
Javad is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants and an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) London, UK.
